Gareth Fatchett

Qualified as a Notary Public in 2012, I have spent more than a decade supporting businesses and individuals with reliable, efficient, and commercially focused notarial services. My practice is built on a commitment to clarity, precision, and client service—values that have guided my work throughout my legal career.

I am a Director of Fatchett and Co and a Partner at FS Legal Solicitors LLP, where I have developed a strong reputation for handling complex commercial notarial matters. Over the years, I have worked closely with UK and international organisations, providing certification, authentication, and legalisation services essential for cross-border transactions, corporate structuring, and international trade.

In 2022, I established my own notarial practice, becoming the first full-time commercial notarial service in the Midlands. My aim was to provide a dedicated, responsive, and specialist offering for businesses requiring fast, accurate, and dependable support.

Since then, the practice has grown significantly, reflecting the increasing demand for a focused and accessible notarial service within the region.

Alongside my professional work, I am committed to maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle. I am an enthusiastic cyclist and a long-time practitioner of martial arts, both of which give me the discipline, focus, and resilience that I bring to my work. I am also an avid supporter of WBA, and can often be found following the team whenever my schedule allows.

My practice is founded on professionalism, integrity, and a genuine dedication to helping clients navigate the complexities of international documentation with confidence.
