Buying or selling a property in Italy is for many, a very exciting prospect.  The process to buy and sell properties in Italy is different to that in the UK.

A Italian Power of Attorney is a document we are very used to.  We have a streamlined process for dealing with this type of document.

We have a network of Italian lawyers and estate agents who refer clients to us, to facilitate their power of attorney being completed.

We undertake the notarisation of the document, the legalisation of the document with the FCDO (the Apostille) and finally the couriering of the finished document back to Italy.
